Commentary: The nature of God is that He is unborn, which means His existence was prior to time, and will continue even after time is gone. In fact, He is the Creator of time, space and everything that exists in Creation. He is transcendent to creation and is therefore not subject to its effects.. He simply is, or as He Himself expressed it to Moses in the Bible (Exodus 3:14): "I am that I am." He is ancient, eternal, everlasting, and therefore unchangeable. And because we and all of creation are His progeny, we too have inherited all His characteristics, going forward from our own birth or creation. We, at our spiritual core, are immortal and do not die when our bodies are slain. Our bodies too are immortal in the sense that they are like the characters in a virtual reality game, that "live and die" an infinite number of times. Understanding our spiritual nature is essential to knowing our true identity, which in turn allows us to live a less stressful, less fearful. and more abundant life of freedom.

FCC has a new bin at the welcome desk for the Jail Ministry. They are in great need especially for men's extra-large sweatshirts and pants in and large sizes. Please help if you can. If the bin is not visible, please give your items to someone in the FCC office
