Quote of the Week
Indeed I do not see what could dispel the grief that dries up my senses, though I should obtain an unrivalled and prosperous kingdom on earth and even lordship of the gods.
Bhagavad-Gita 2.8

CommentaryArjuna, in the previous verse has completely surrendered to Lord Krishna, being unable to find a viable solution to the dilemma between doing his duty as a warrior which would cause him to kill many family and friends, or to shirk his warrior duties because he cannot bring himself to kill his kinsmen, even though they are desirous of gain.  Arjuna hopes that Krishna will find a solution, but he cannot conceive of any victory that would assuage his grief, not even the benefits of a prosperous kingdom on earth and lordship among the gods in Heaven.  So having reconsidered his logic as best he can, he leaves himself totally in the hands of Lord Krishna, just as a child who fell and bruised his nose, looks to his mother for comfort and guidance.  For Lord Krishna, the Creator and Lord of all that is, Arjuna's response presents the perfect opportunity for Him to express the perennial truths about our identity and about the world for Arjuna and for all posterity.
Yogi Edmond.

Darryl Anka channeling Bashar

Bashar is a being of extraterrestrial origin, a friend from the future who has spoken for the past 30 years through the channel Darryl Anka, bringing through a wave of new information that clearly explains in detail how the universe works and how each person creates the reality they experience.  Over the years, thousands of individuals have had the opportunity to apply these principles to manifest the reality they prefer.
