The Untethered Soul (week 4 of 6)
Meditation/Book Club
This Book Club will focus for the next few weeks on
The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself
by Michael A. Singer
Sunday January 3rd,
from 1:00 - 3:00pm (or later)
The format for the Book Club is as follows:
- At 1:00pm we will meditate for 1 hour listening to the audio book, followed by 10 minutes of silence in which we can process what we got out of the meditation and/or the information in the audio book. Then we can share or not share as we are moved to, speaking and listen from our deeper self. NO PRESSURE to share or participate. You are welcome to just come and be, stay, or leave.
- At 3:00pm we will end discussion and we will move from the meditation area to kitchen/dining for snacks and further conversation if desired. Vegetarian food/snacks are welcomed to be brought to share during the optional time after discussion, but bringing something is not required to stay.
If you are unfamiliar with the book, visit the author's website.

Raja Yoga Class and Satsang
Raja
Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our
awareness. This awareness cannot be gained through perception or
intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the
knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this
knowing, experience remains limited and misunderstood. Come join us as
we explore our True Self through:
Silence, Meditation, Breathing, and gentle relaxing Postures.
