Shri Mooji
Anthony Paul Moo-Young, known as Mooji, was born on 29 January 1954 in Port Antonio, Jamaica.   Mooji is a direct disciple of Sri Harilal Poonja, the renowned advaita master, or Papaji.  Since 1999, Mooji has been sharing satsang in the form of spontaneous encounters, retreats, satsang intensives and one-to-one meetings with the many seekers who visit him, from all parts of the world, in search of the direct experience of truth. Few amongst the modern teachers of the advaita tradition expound the 'knowledge of Self', and the method of self-enquiry, with such dazzling clarity, love and authority.  His style is direct, clear, compassionate and often humorous.

THE WIN-WIN-WIN SOLUTION in Communication.
One of the major inadequacies of our culture is our inability to verbally confront one another properly and respectfully. Very few people recognize it as a problem, even fewer know what to do about it. The book Handling Verbal Confrontation guides the learner how to clarify and verbally address issues, and to face others successfully: without fear. It provides simple and learnable tools and tactful strategies to respectfully communicate and generate resolution and commitment. The techniques used have been proven and can generate favorable results quickly without fear.

Raja Yoga Class and Satsang
Raja Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our awareness.  This awareness cannot be gained through perception or intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this knowing, experience remains limited and misunderstood.  Come join us as we explore our True Self through:
Silence, Meditation, Breathing, and gentle relaxing Postures.
