Raja Yoga and Satsang

Raja Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our awareness.  This awareness cannot be gained through perception or intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this knowing, the experience remains limited and misunderstood.  Come join us as we explore our True Self through:

The world needs peace, and NOW!  What can we do to help facilitate this desperate need to reduce conflict in our selves, our communities, and our world?  Meditation for peace is one simple, effective and proven answer! (see short video)  This approach to creating world peace is called the Maharishi Effect and was pioneered by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi creator of the Transcendental Meditation Technique.  It is based on the principle that all of creation is connected at the deepest levels of Nature, that we are all part of one eternal Source, and that the human mind is capable of contacting that Source through the practice of Meditation.  The bigger the groups, the bigger the beneficial effects for everyone.

Please join us on this occasion to enliven the unified field of consciousness and help bring about the peace we so desperately need!  Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or any other prop you need to be comfortable.   Video on Meditation
