Topic: Stay as the Witness
Anthony Paul Moo-Young, known as Mooji, was born on 29 January 1954 in Port Antonio, Jamaica. Mooji is a direct disciple of Sri Harilal Poonja, the renowned Advaita master, or Papaji. Since 1999, Mooji has been sharing Satsang in the form of spontaneous encounters, retreats, Satsang intensives and one-to-one meetings with the many seekers who visit him, from all parts of the world, in search of the direct experience of truth. Few amongst the modern teachers of the Advaita tradition expound the 'knowledge of Self', and the method of self-inquiry, with such dazzling clarity, love, and authority. His style is direct, clear, compassionate and often humorous.

-----------Other Local Events---------
Raja Yoga and Satsang
Raja Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our awareness. This awareness cannot be gained through perception or intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this knowing, the experience remains limited and misunderstood. Come join us as we explore our True Self through:

We will sense life-force and learn how to shift that energy into Universal Joy where we feel peace, pleasure, and comfort. Prepare to gain more awareness of energy moving through your body. We begin by breathing together deeply to connect to self and create sacred space for healing and growing. We move together to sense the Universal Joy of Movement; pleasurable and comfortable sensations in the body. We take time to reflect and share how we can apply the Joy of Movement principle to our relationship to self, others, our thoughts and feelings. Finally, we crystallize the meanings of the day by recognizing and expressing how the Joy of Movement touches our spirits.
