 We are at a moment where we need to be of service to the collective. Meditation raises your vibration; meditating in a group increases that energy. This is a guided meditation to heal yourself, the community, and the world. I will guide you to welcome the energy of your spirit guides and guardian angels and move that energy from within into the world. A short Q&A will follow the meditation.

 • There are zafus, zabutons and blankets available. Feel free to bring your own.
