Kundalini Power of the Breath (1hr.): This workshop is a comprehensive 20-30 minute practice of Pranayams, which
are Yogic breathing techniques that naturally transition into
meditation. These exercises impart great health, mental, and spiritual
benefits when practiced regularly. We will then spend the 20 minutes
exploring specific Pranayam meditations from Kundalini Yoga, followed by questions and answers. This workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners.
Easy, effective Qigong (1hr. 15 min) This is a workshop to improve health, happiness, peace of mind, energy, and spiritual cultivation. We will learn to open all the chakras and meridians for healthy energy flow to facilitate longevity, overall well-being, and spiritual advancement. We will place special emphasis on organ detoxification which also improves your emotional outlook and balance.
Both of the above workshops include meditation. I will also discuss advanced body mechanics to improve any Tai-Chi style.
Cost: $15.00 per session or $25.00 for both
Space is limited, so please call Edmond @ 232-6410 to register.

Raja Yoga Class and Satsang
Raja
Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our
awareness. This awareness cannot be gained through perception or
intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the
knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this
knowing, experience remains limited and misunderstood. Come join us as
we explore our True Self through:
Silence, Meditation, Breathing, and gentle relaxing Postures.
