Gong Bath Meditation
Thursday December 4th
from 7:00 - 8:00pm
at
Endicott Visitors Center 
300 Lincoln Ave, Endicott, NY 13760
This meditation will focus on sending love into the collective consciousness through a major landmark, the Endicott EJ Worker's arch, to help raise the energy and consciousness of the town.  
Fountain International has used this method for many cities in England (see video).

For those who have a hard time meditating, the sounds of the gongs assist in quieting the mind.
For those who do not want to meditate just relax, sit or lay down and let the sound
of the Gongs take you away.  They are very healing and the energy goes where you need it.
We will finish the meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls.
For those of you who would like to lay down, please  bring blankets or mats.
Make sure you are grounded before driving home afterwards as the Gongs may induce altered states.

Cost:  by donation.

Come and sing or drum!  After learning suggested rhythms, people are encouraged to improvise within the songs with an instrument of your choice.   
During the music meditation, we create "in-the-moment" music together.
