Gong Bath Meditation
Wednesday, February 11
from 7:00 - 8:00pm
at
Endicott Visitors Center
300 Lincoln Ave, Endicott, NY 13760
The focus of the meditation will be on sending love (through intention) into the Endicott EJ Worker's arch, to assist in raising the vibration of these Endicott.  Fountain International has used this process to raise the energy level of many towns in England (see video).
This group meditation will be assisted by a 40" Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls to help carry the waves of energy throughout Endicott and beyond.  For those who have difficulty meditating, the sounds of the gong will assist in quieting your mind and facilitating a meditative experience.  Even if you do not want to meditate you can still attend and benefit from the soothing relaxing sounds, which are very healing on an energetic level.

For those of you who would like to lay down, please bring mats, blankets and pillows as needed.  Also before you drive home, be sure to give yourself some time to relax and integrate the effect of the meditation, as it tends to induce altered states of awareness.
