Gong and Crystal Singing Bowl
Meditation
Meditation
January 24, 7 to 8 pm
at
Unitarian Universalist Congregation, Social Hall
183 Riverside Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905
The focus of the meditation will be on sending love (through intention) into the Johnson City and Binghamton EJ Worker's arch, to assist in raising the vibration of these cities. Fountain International has used this process to raise the energy level of many towns in England (see video).
This group meditation will be assisted by a 40" Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls to help carry the waves of energy throughout Binghamton, Johnson City and beyond. For those who have difficulty meditating, the sounds of the gong will assist in quieting your mind and facilitating a meditative experience. Even if you do not want to meditate you can still attend and benefit from the soothing, relaxing sounds, which are very healing on an energetic level.
For those of you who would like to lay down, please bring mats, blankets and pillows as needed. Also before you drive home, be sure to give yourself some time to relax and integrate the effect of the meditation, as it tends to induce altered states of awareness.
Cost, by donation

Raja
Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our
awareness. This awareness cannot be gained through perception or
intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the
knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this
knowing, experience remains limited and misunderstood. Come join us as
we explore our True Self through:
Silence, Meditation, Breathing, and gentle relaxing Postures.
