Running Time: 97 minutes
Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman star as two terminally ill cancer
patients who decide to break out of the hospital and live their last
days to the fullest in director Rob Reiner's road movie.
Edward Cole (Nicholson) is a corporate billionaire who is currently
sharing a hospital room with blue-collar mechanic Carter Chambers
(Freeman). Though initially the pair seems to have nothing in common,

Yoga is the royal yoga that brings the nature of our True Self to our
awareness. This awareness cannot be gained through perception or
intellectual knowledge, it can only be known through cognition, like the
knowledge that I am, that I exist, it needs no proof, but without this
knowing, experience remains limited and misunderstood. Come join us as
we explore our True Self through:
Silence, Meditation, Breathing, and gentle relaxing Postures.

About Taichizen
Taichizen is a modern holistic mind-body integrative system promoting “Enlightenment Living”. It was developed in the 1990's by Master Ping Zhen Cheng in New York, a modern reformer of traditional Zen & Tibetan systems of meditation. Ever since he brought the teaching back to China after the Sichuan earthquake of 2008, there are over 30 branches of Taichizen in China today. Ping is a rare lineage carrier of the Zen, Tibetan and Taoist systems of treasured knowledge, as well as a coach of international Tai Chi Champions.
Taichizen contains a simple 15 minutes energetics & meditation sequence. It utilizes five simple postures for mind-body-spirit re-alignment in standing, sitting, walking, lying down & free style. Multiple Mandela figures of three vertical energy channels and seven spiraling Chakra loops are activated for the balance and transformation of one's energy, emotions and consciousness.
For modern living with pressures and time restraints, this system is pioneering the utilization of ancient energetic components of Tai Chi together with other internal and yogic arts as a tool for enhancing and embodying the timeless transformation wisdom of the East together with the modern illumination of Western transpersonal psychology.
