On December 11 in 2014, the United Nations General Assembly declared June 21st as the International Day of Yoga. As Yoga’s popularity grows it becomes increasingly important to gain a deeper understanding of what Yoga truly is. In an effort to accomplish this, we, your local Yoga teachers, wish to invite our community to: ask any questions you may have on the subject, become aware of the many Yoga programs available in our community, and participate in a group meditation and short Kirtan chant in celebration of the day.
